Court-Appointed Attorney Renewal

Per California Rule Court 7.1101, all appointed counsel must certify to the court before March 31st of each year that they continue to remain qualified for appointments.  Please provide the court with updated versions of the following documents:

·                      Court Appointed Attorney Cover Sheet (PR-150)

·                      Annual Certification of Court-Appointed Attorney (GC-011)

·                      Proof of Current Malpractice Insurance
