Mr. Franklin’s mission is to share this story, and help bend the arc of history towards justice. Mr. Franklin is a partner of Sacks, Glazier, Franklin & Lodise LLP in Los Angeles, and he has nearly three decades of experience litigating trust and estate disputes and appeals. He serves as Chair of the Diversity Equity and Inclusivity Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and has been recognized by numerous industry awards.
