Haggerty and Beyond: What Probate Lawyers Should Know About Appeals.
This CLE will cover basics that probate attorneys should know about appeals in probate cases, generally, and will specifically cover the current state of the Supreme Court's consideration of the pending appeal in Haggerty v. Thornton, a decision that is expected to clarify the interpretation of the scope of the right to amend a trust under Probate Code section 15402.
